Ingredients

  • 2 cups Skim Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cups Non-Fat Egg Substitute

Directions

Step 1.Pre heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2.Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well.
Step 3.Pour mix into 4 equal oven ready custard dishes.
Step 4.Put the four custard dishes in a brownie baking pan. Fill the brownie pan with hot water up to the same level as the custard mix.
Step 5.Bake for approximately 45-60 minutes. You need to keep an eye on this during baking. You want the center of the custard to be firm. This is when you know it will be done.
