Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Stevia Powder
  • 0.25oz Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnnamon
  • 1/4 cup Olivio (butter substitute)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 15oz Pumpkin Puree (One Pie)
  • 1 cup Nonfat Instant Dry Milk
  • 1/3 cup Boiling Water

Directions

Step 1.In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients, BUT the pumpkin puree. Mix well and let stand for several minutes when done.
Step 2.Next, heat over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves and mixture begins to thicken. Should be about 10 minutes.
Step 3.Remove from heat and stir in the pumpkin puree. Pour mixture into Keebler 9 inch Low Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust.
Step 4.You need to chill this pie, for about 3 hours before serving. Makes 8 servings.
